| About the Walk |
| |
On July 26, 2008 hundreds of teams and thousands of individuals will join together to walk and run in an amazing display of support for the over 800,000 children in foster care in America.
These children have been removed from their biological parents or guardians by no fault of their own. Most have been the victims of repeated abuse, neglect, and or abandonment. These youth need our help.
Join in and be a part of history to help America’s most vulnerable children.
The event is located at the spacious and breathtakingly beautiful Rose Bowl Stadium in Pasadena, California. As you begin your walk/run hundreds of supporters and volunteers will be there to cheer you on. Water and refreshment stations will be conveniently located along the walk/run path, and bathrooms are always nearby. Walk to the sound of great music designed to inspire and get you all pumped up.
Your $25 registration fee gets you all of this:
• Walk/Run
• Music Concert With Top Stars
• Activities For Children
• Parenting Class
• Job Fair
• Sign Up To Become A Mentor
• Learn How To Become
an Adoptive Parent or Foster Parent

• And much more!
There are so many ways you can help. You can walk/run, volunteer, donate, sponsor a participant or create a team and fundraise. What ever you do you will be proud to be a part of this historical event.
